OKBets Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and OKBets ("OKBets," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OKBets platform at okbets.click, including all associated betting, casino, and gaming services offered through the website.

By clicking "Register," creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on OKBets, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • You must not be employed by OKBets, a game provider contracted by OKBets, or any related entity. Employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed for breach of these Terms on OKBets or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Players under legal guardianship who have not been granted full contractual capacity may not register.

OKBets reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of betting privileges or account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) OKBets account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information OKBets may require during the registration process or at any subsequent verification check. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKBets login credentials, including your username and password. • Account registration is free. OKBets does not charge a sign-up fee.
• You must use your own mobile number — not someone else's — for account verification.
• Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and the name linked to your GCash or bank account used for withdrawals.
• OKBets may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License).

All deposits on OKBets are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. OKBets does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There is no OKBets-imposed maximum deposit, though individual payment channel limits set by GCash, Maya, or your bank may apply.

OKBets accepts the following deposit methods for Philippine players:

All deposit channels must be in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits from an account registered to another person — are not accepted by OKBets. Any deposit identified as third-party will be reversed and returned, less any applicable payment provider fees.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete OKBets' identity verification process (KYC). This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where required, a selfie with the document. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Standard withdrawal processing times on OKBets are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day.
• InstaPay: Within 1–2 hours during banking hours.
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other PESONet banks: Same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM, otherwise next business day.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank.

OKBets reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time large withdrawals or in cases where OKBets identifies a potential security concern. Withdrawals linked to accounts where identity has not been fully verified may be delayed or held pending completion of KYC.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you need to reverse a submitted withdrawal, contact support immediately — OKBets will attempt to assist but cannot guarantee reversal once processing has begun.

All bets placed on OKBets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip carefully before confirmation. OKBets will not void or amend confirmed bets due to player error in selection, stake amount, or market choice unless a manifest error on OKBets' part is established.

Manifest Errors: If OKBets identifies that a price was offered in clear error — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed failure — OKBets reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the market has settled. OKBets will notify affected players as soon as possible when such a situation occurs.

Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. For live in-play bets placed before an unexpected suspension, settlement will follow OKBets' specific sport rules, which are available in the Sports Betting and individual game rule sections of the platform.

Result Settlement: OKBets settles all sports bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA for Philippine basketball, PAGCOR-approved sabong operators, recognised boxing sanctioning bodies). Where an official result is disputed or under review, OKBets may delay settlement until the matter is resolved.

• Minimum single bet: ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and player account level.
• Maximum payout per single bet ticket is ₱5,000,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific game's rules.
• OKBets reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on any market at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Parlay and combination bets are settled based on the combined odds of all individual selections. One voided leg reduces the parlay to the remaining legs; a losing leg voids the entire parlay.

OKBets periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other special offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These promotion-specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus rules apply to all OKBets promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification on OKBets.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• A wagering requirement applies to all deposit bonuses. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x the bonus amount) is stated in each offer's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OKBets platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one OKBets account, whether in your own name or any other name.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets on OKBets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing — whether accidental or deliberate — to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location and circumvent access restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the OKBets platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents during verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the OKBets platform or its underlying software.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring access to your OKBets account to any third party.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another player or facilitating deposits from undisclosed third-party sources.

OKBets actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Detection of any of the above behaviours will trigger an investigation and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement where applicable.

OKBets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false identity information at any stage.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, including unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns.
• Request by the player to close their own account (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Death of the account holder (estate claims will be handled in accordance with Philippine law).
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no breach involved, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Players wishing to close their own account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel they need a break from betting — may contact OKBets support at any time to initiate a voluntary suspension or self-exclusion. OKBets will action all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.

OKBets collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. By registering on OKBets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the OKBets Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personal data collected by OKBets includes but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, government ID details, transaction history, and betting activity. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of OKBets services.

OKBets does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKBets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the OKBets platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the OKBets service due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds display, settlement systems, or game results arising from third-party data provider issues, provided OKBets takes reasonable corrective action on discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Betting decisions made by you, including decisions based on information obtained from third-party tipping, prediction, or advisory services.
• Loss of winnings due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end during live in-play betting.

OKBets' maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of verified cash deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude OKBets' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by OKBets' negligence.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — OKBets will provide at least 7 days' notice via the email address registered to your account and/or an in-platform notification. Minor changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you have the right to close your OKBets account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
